A Big Thank You Larry Carroll! From Twilighters All Over The World

When Larry Carroll announced via twitter that today was his last day at MTV, we almost cried here at RobPattzNews. After all, this is the man that basically coined the term "Spunk Ransom," after getting Rob to come up with it during one of his first interviews with him, while Rob filmed Twilight in Portland.

Larry went on to do several more candid interviews with Rob for MTV's Twilight Tuesdaysall of them quite memorable, simply because it seemed Rob was always very much at ease talking to him. Larry was probably also the first one, to ask Kristen Stewart how it's like to kiss Rob, in this now classic interview:

Just recently during the promotion for New Moon, Larry asked Rob the question we've all been wanting him to answer, would he host Saturday Night Live?

We can go on and on about how Larry became our favorite interviewer, but we'd like to just take the time to publicly thank him for caring about us twilighters, and giving us the respect that he would give any other fan base. In other words, he was a true journalist and we will miss his MTV articles and interviews. We wish him the best, and look forward to whatever comes next.

Thank you Larry, Godspeed.

  1. Awww, Larry is a great interviewer. He was so respectful and remained the same from the beginning (when Twilight wasn't even that big) throughout the total mania that it has become. It seemed like both Rob and Kristen were comfortable being interviewed by him. He just seems like a cool/nice guy. Good luck Larry on all your future endeavors and thank you so much for using your awesome interview skills to let us get to know Rob and Kristen!!
