Sneak Peek & "High Profile" Event Set For Rome

Twilight is headed back to the International Rome Film Festival this Fall. Variety has all the details:


Richard Gere will be honored by the Rome Film Festival, which has also recruited Michael Mann for an onstage conversation, and secured sneak-peek footage of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part I."


A high-profile "Twilight" event is being prepared by the fest's Alice in the City kiddie section ahead of the November 16 day-and-date release "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part I."

The franchise has had a presence at the festival since 2008 when Rob, Kristen, and director Catherine Hardwicke were there. No word yet on who's attending (It's reportedly Nikki and Jackson), but we'll fill you in as more details come in. The International Rome Film Festival runs from October 27th to November 4th.
