Last night we asked fans who were buying the 'The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner, a Twilight Saga Novella' at midnight, to let us know whether there was any mention of Edward. There is. *Spoiler Alert* ahead:

EW: Edward Makes The Cut!

You have to hand it to Stephenie Meyer. By creating Edward, she introduced us to a world of sparkles and angst, mixed in with a little blood. So it's no surprise Entertainment Weekly is acknowledging that, by putting Edward at #53 on the list of "100 Greatest Characters Of The Last 20 Years." Of course, we want to think that Rob being cast in the role might have had a little bit of an impact.. or a lot ;)

Bella isn't like other girls — she falls in love with Edward, a vegetarian vampire, and she could care less about going to prom.
