TwiWrap: Breaking Dawn Filming Latest, Chris Weitz Joins Twitter

The Breaking Dawn production should have no problem finding snow for the recent scenes they've been filming. There's plenty of it to go around. But the snow is not everyone's cup of tea. 

We showed you the first picture of Rob filming in BC last week, and now there's a few more. Edward looks perfectly comfortable in the snow, and is that Christian Camargo (Eleazar Denali) in the last picture?

Today we also got a better look at some of the stunts being planned at Bella's House. Newsflic shot some video you may want to check out.

And Summit confirmed that New Moon director Chris Weitz has joined twitter. And it didn't take long before he tweeted a message to fans. Welcome to twitter Chris!

Mass Exodus: 'Breaking Dawn' Cast Says Goodbye To Baton Rouge

Breaking Dawn production is winding down in Baton Rouge, with most of the cast heading up to Vancouver to continue the work there. Here's a quick wrap of some of this weekend's tweets.

TwiWrap: Cast Tweets, Comic-Con Footage, Man That Wouldn't be Edward

Twi Tour stopped in San Francisco this weekend. While there, a couple of Twilight cast members talked about Rob.

The next stop for the Twilight convention is Los Angeles from March 4-6.

If you're trying to go to Comic-Con, looks like unless you got a ticket this weekend you may be out of luck. With more than six months to go, the popular convention in San Diego is sold out. According to The HD Room, fans attending will get a special Breaking Dawn preview:

This year’s Comic-Con in particular is poised to be perhaps the biggest yet. In a battle of screaming female tweens versus comic book faithful, Summit Entertainment will present new footage and the stars of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 while Marvel and Paramount will counter with likely the first public footage from The Avengers.

Finally, Metro.co.uk has a preview of an interview Shiloh Fernandez did with Wonderland magazine. In it he talks about the role of Edward (which he was a finalist for) and why he's glad he didn't get it:

‘It makes me happy that I didn’t do it,’ he said. ‘How can you want that for yourself? How can you wish that on anybody? I think Pattinson handled it really well – he seems like a neat kid, interesting and kind of strange but I wasn’t in the right mind to take any of that. I wasn’t mentally prepared to have any sort of success in that way. Even with this tiny, tiny morsel of fame I’m experiencing now I still feel uncomfortable

Does Bill Condon Know What Fans Want?.. We're Gonna Say Yes

For anyone that has doubts about where Bill Condon is going with Breaking Dawn, you can rest easy. He got the message of what fans want loud and clear, and let us know that when he tweeted a Thanksgiving message and picture to fans.

Twilight Lexicon confirmed with Summit that the hand in the picture is Kristen's. Thank you Bill, we knew we could count on you!

Dobby Gets a Wingman, Rob Gets Some Competition

We see what you're doing there Tom Felton.. and your type of reverse psychology will not be tolerated! ;) - How can you not like the man, when after beating (recount!) Rob in a sexiest Harry Potter Hotties poll he's more than willing to take it. And then some.

We do love Dobby, but he has nothing on Rob. Except those enchanting eyes.. maybe.

Water For Elephants: Director Yells Cut For The Last Time & Meet Jacob's Kids!

Director Francis Lawrence (@Hibbits) tweeted his last production update from the set of  Water for Elephants Wednesday night.

How lucky are we, that in the age of twitter.. we get to be part of the last minutes of filming in a big studio production, eventhough we're thousands of miles away.

What a ride this has been.. and Wednesday we got a few more details on what was shot in Georgia, thanks to the mom of the children who are playing Jacob's kids in the film (she also managed to get a GREAT pic with Rob).

Sonya almost managed to make it into the movie herself. In a pinch, they nearly pulled her in as a body double for Witherspoon before deciding not to shoot the scene. But she did manage to get some one-on-one time with Pattinson during the Saturday night cast party. "He was so sweet and really nice and he let me take a picture with him".
