Rob & Prince William: Royal Bromance?.. Yes Please!

Rob And Prince William sharing fan stories, crack baby in hand?.. stranger things have happened. BAFTA is honoring some of its biggest and brightest at a black tie event on July 9th in LA. What makes it the hottest thing to happen in Hollywood since Lindsay Lohan canceled her interview with Matt Lauer, is that the event will be attended by Prince William and his beautiful new wife Kate:

While many eyes will be trained on what Kate wears, the Royal couple will also be on hand to support the BAFTA push which aims to highlight the depth and range of British talent currently emerging in film, television and video games.

The black tie evening event is expected to see the 42 emerging Brits, selected by an expert BAFTA panel, meet the Royal couple and mingle Hollywood notables.

Just to be clear, there's been no official confirmation Rob is attending the event, being held at the Belasco Theater in Downtown LA. BAFTA is keeping the list 'top secret' for now: 
 
The forty two emerging Brits have been selected by an expert BAFTA panel based on a number of criteria. They will generally not be complete beginners in their industry, and will have already begun to show real promise. BAFTA will announce the names of those attending prior to the event.

But since the Daily Star made a mention of him, we'll go with it. After all, no one can mingle with the Hollywood elite like Robert Pattinson.. ;)

Aww, our Pattinson is growing up.

Brits In Hollywood? Ed Westwick and Rob Have It Covered

Hollywood has been overtaken by men with hot British accents and Ed Westwick doesn't seem to mind that both him and Rob are in the mix.

Another day, another tall, dark, handsome Brit in Hollywood? Westwick nods at the reference to English actor Robert Pattinson, who plays dashing vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight films. Both are narrow-eyed, deep-voiced, chisel-jawed and beguilingly pouty – not that we’ve thought about it much.


‘Yup, there seems to be something going on right now,’ he laughs. ‘I can’t figure it out but we’re definitely representing'.
