It talks about the bundling being misleading, but if you are a fan of Rob's you knew The Summer House is a short film included in the Love and Distrust DVD, and he's in it for a few minutes (which we'll take). Is Rob A Good Kisser? His 'The Summer House' Co-Star Responds!

Monsters & Critics recently interviewed Talulah Riley, who played Rob's love interest in The Summer House. And she didn't shy away, when asked about his kissing style:

M&C - Your Summer House lover, Robert Pattinson has been struck by a movie supernova. Did you work together during or before Twilight?

TR - I worked with Rob before Twilight. I’m very happy for his success. It couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. He’s a lovely actor and a lovely friend.


M&C - Is he a good kisser? Neck nuzzler?

TR - He’s a very good neck nuzzler.

UK: 'The Summer House' Part Of A Bundled Deal For You

Metrodome Distribution confirmed to RobertPattinsonUK today, that The Summer House will be part of a collection of short films released in a new DVD called “Love & Distrust.” It comes out August 16 in the UK.



You can pre-order your copy now.  No word on whether it will be made available in other countries. 
 
The Summer House was released on iTunes last week. Several countries including the U.S. can order it that way too.

Shot on location in northern France, the movie also stars Talulah Riley as a girl who faces a turning point in her life in the same week that mankind journeys from earth to the moon.

'The Summer House' Director: (Rob as Richard) "He Delivers That Brilliantly"

MTV got a chance to talk to the director of Rob's short film "The Summer House," which will be released on iTunes next week. She shared some great details about everything from production, to casting Rob:

First-time director Daisy Gili said she actually cast Rob because she was recommended him by Campbell Mitchell, who had worked on props for another of his early projects, "The Haunted Airman."


"He said, this guy is amazing, and he's really nice, and I think he'd be really up for working on a short film," Gili told MTV News. "I saw a picture of him and I thought, he's fantastic."

She also shared pictures including this one of Rob getting extensions for the role of Richard. Check out the rest of what she had to say about working with Rob, over at MTV.

'The Summer House' Up For Award + Deets From Toronto Screening

The Summer House is a short film Rob was involved in, early on in his career. It's expected to be available on iTunes in July. And now there's word the movie has been selected for competition at the 2010 Rushes Soho Shorts Film Festival in the UK.


 
Last week The Summer House was screened at the Worldwide Short film festival in Toronto. @late2thepartee was there, and shared some details on the film via twitter, straight from the director Daisy Gili.

Good thing I didn't go for popcorn ;) about 14 minutes long.

There was about 3 minutes of big screen Rob in the summer house. Lots of tight shots.

Daisy says Rob was suggested for role of richard by her ex-boyfriend.He'd seen Rob in one of his other films

It took 8 hours to rehearse Robs scene and they would forget their lines often. Its her fave scene

Rob had a spray tan and hair extensions in The Summer House

Rob was up against Max Irons (son of Jeremy Irons) for the role of Richard.

'The Summer House' Screenings Coming To Toronto!

UPDATE: Through its official twitter (@WSFF) festival officials have confirmed  that the Summer House will be screened June 3, 4, at 7pm. The complete lineup will be unveiled 5/11. The movie is also expected to be available on iTunes in July! - Thanks to @Late2thePartee for the tip.

What could be a preview of a devious Rob in Bel Ami. In The Summer House, his character 'Richard' doesn't exactly have the best intentions. The short film will reportedly be screened at the CFC Worldwide Short Film Festival in Toronto. According to Robert Pattinson Online, the screening is set for June 4th. Let us know if you're going!
