E! Online Confirms: Rob Won't Be Going To Cannes This Year

Well booh.

A source confirms this info to E! News, knocking down reports that he and girlfriend Kristen Stewart plan to jet off to the French Riviera so he can make the promotional rounds.

Read the rest. The rumors began after word that Map to the Stars is being shopped around at Cannes. Hopefully we see him there next year!
