Hoodies? Brooding?.. No, We're Not Talking Edward Cullen.. Or Are We?

Hey, it's not our biased eyes seeing it. The New York Post got to unveil the new Superman today.. along with their thoughts on his appearance:

In "Superman: Earth One," the Man of Steel is a conflicted 20-year-old who's trying to find his way in the world, bearing more of a resemblance to Robert Pattinson from the "Twilight" movies than Christopher Reeve from the Superman films.

He wears hoodies, has smoldering eyes and, as a lanky Clark Kent, wears low-cut pants and hipster skinny ties. Artist Shane Davis also made him less physically imposing -- shorter and less beefy -- than he has traditionally been depicted.

So why the shift? read the rest over at the New York Post. We personally think Superman could have looked a little friendlier..you know, like the picture below.  But hey.. that's just us. And our VERY biased views.

Harry Potter As Edward Cullen? It's Happening!.. On The Simpsons

Per Filmonic:

This is genius. Daniel Radcliffe, next seen in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, will be making a guest appearance in an upcoming episode of The Simpsons but he will not be playing himself nor Harry Potter. Instead, Radcliffe will be voicing Edmund the vampire, a clear spoof of Twilight and Robert Pattinson’s character Edward Cullen.

The episode will air November 7, (ratings anyone?) on FOX. Read the synopsis!

'Twilight' Spoof Actress Is Team Edward.. But Which One?

Actress Jenn Proske talked to FOX News about her role as Bella in the upcoming Twilight spoof Vampires Suck. While she says she's a fan of the books and the movies, her money is on her film's Edward:

I think both of our guys are going to give Taylor and Rob a run for their money. I think Matt [Lanter] is going to give Rob Pattinson a run for his money. Chris [Riggi] looks great as a werewolf too. He has worked so hard to look as amazing as he does.

Yeah.. somehow we disagree ;)
