TwiWrap: Cast Tweets, Comic-Con Footage, Man That Wouldn't be Edward

Twi Tour stopped in San Francisco this weekend. While there, a couple of Twilight cast members talked about Rob.

The next stop for the Twilight convention is Los Angeles from March 4-6.

If you're trying to go to Comic-Con, looks like unless you got a ticket this weekend you may be out of luck. With more than six months to go, the popular convention in San Diego is sold out. According to The HD Room, fans attending will get a special Breaking Dawn preview:

This year’s Comic-Con in particular is poised to be perhaps the biggest yet. In a battle of screaming female tweens versus comic book faithful, Summit Entertainment will present new footage and the stars of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 while Marvel and Paramount will counter with likely the first public footage from The Avengers.

Finally, Metro.co.uk has a preview of an interview Shiloh Fernandez did with Wonderland magazine. In it he talks about the role of Edward (which he was a finalist for) and why he's glad he didn't get it:

‘It makes me happy that I didn’t do it,’ he said. ‘How can you want that for yourself? How can you wish that on anybody? I think Pattinson handled it really well – he seems like a neat kid, interesting and kind of strange but I wasn’t in the right mind to take any of that. I wasn’t mentally prepared to have any sort of success in that way. Even with this tiny, tiny morsel of fame I’m experiencing now I still feel uncomfortable

Elizabeth Reaser About Training For Eclipse: "I Was Impressed With Rob"

So, how did Rob keep up? Is he secretly some sort of gym fanatic? "I don’t think so!" she laughed. "I was impressed with Rob though. This stuff is really hard to do and we trained for hours and hours and hours and he worked really hard. And he's a great actor, so he really committed to what he was doing and it looked great from what I saw."

Booboo Stewart Did Not Get To Work With Rob, But His CGI Wolf Did!

Booboo Stewart who plays Seth Clearwater in Eclipse, answered questions from fans while at an MDA event in Tucson. And of course it wasn't long, before he was asked about working with Rob, Taylor and Kristen:

Last December CGSociety published an excellent article, on how the wolves were created for New Moon. We only assume the ones for Eclipse will rival them. And by the trailer screenshots it certainly looks that way.

And as @EyesOfAmberBlog pointed out, Seth actually hangs out with Edward in Breaking Dawn, so Booboo.. your days of not working with Rob are numbered!

Julia Jones About Meeting Rob: "I Was Like, Oh Right, He’s British.”

Boston.com got a chance to interview Julia Jones, who plays Leah Clearwater on the Twilight films. She remembers the first time she met Rob:
“It did throw me a little bit when I was introduced to Rob and he had a British accent. I was like, oh right, he’s British.”

Jones also spoke about her first impression after joining the franchise:
she was immediately impressed by the professionalism of her younger co-stars, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner. “My overall observation was that they just have it down. Kristen steps in and out of character. Rob – same thing.
